Borna Zuber- Sigmar | Resourcing and Business Development

Thanks so much for joining in the channel again. In this video, I go into my current job and the company I work for.

I started working for Sigmar in February 2019 as a recruiter, resourcing and finding candidates that are looking for new opportunities and we basically tried to find the right job for them.
Or rather we tried to find the right candidate for the right position. Because there are companies that can't find the right candidate for their open positions so we help them out finding the right people.

I moved over to the Business Development team mid-May 2019 and started working more with companies rather than developers. Because I had better results in that so I'm still developing and learning

My colleague and I are focusing on the German market right now and are having great results so far. My main focus is on Berlin and the companies there right now.
earlier this year I started using social media a lot more and especially Linkedin and Xing for work. I highly recommend companies that they start using social media more because they can achieve great results.
I am looking forward to achieving great results in this company through this great opportunity that I have.
